Nothing can beat a weekend afternoon stroll in a Berlin farmers market, browsing through the fresh produce, still caked with mud it was in last night. Now, we can go pick up a nice & fresh collection of fruits & veggies for you, directly from Farmers Market, direct to home.
Every Saturday evening, we deliver to you a box of your choice, fruits box, vegetable box or mixed box.
Do not like a particular item or LOVE a particular item? Just mention in the notes at checkout & we take special care. You can also make a note in the checkout if there are any other items in farmers market that we can try and bring for you, eg cheese or honey or flowers. We are happy to pick them up for you. You only pay what we paid for it, we do this free of charge, since we are anyways coming your way.
Deliveries within Berlin Ring Ring Bahn, Friday & Saturday evenings. Always message us in case the timings don't work for you. If shared in advance, we can also deliver on Sundays. We will try our best to accommodate your requests.
When does Fyppit Deliver?
1). Orders will be delivered every Friday or Saturday evenings.
2). Orders will be delivered between 1700-1900 or 2000-2200 hrs. You as a customer can decide.
3). Orders needs to be placed latest by 1300hrs the same day.
Is there a minimum order value for delivery?
No, there is no minimum delivery amount. The price of each box includes delivery fee.
What is the Fresh Produce box delivery process?
Once order is placed online, after confirmation, Team Fyppit goes personally to the farmer's market, and picks and chooses a mix of seasonal produce. Order is checked for freshness, relevance and variety, and then sent to your house in the evening by our delivery staff.it is pushed to the nearest store of your delivery address through an automated process. Once the order leaves for delivery, a notification will be sent on your registered email address. In case of any changes in the delivery schedule or ordered quantity, you will be notified well beforehand. We usually call the customer for instant feedback.
What if I'm not home to receive my order?
Ideally, we need to know of any changes before 1300 hrs of the day of delivery. Once the order is dispatched, a notification will be sent on your registered email address. In case of non-availability at your residence, our Delivery Expert will try reaching you on the registered mobile number. We prefer to leave the box with a trusted neighbour than take it back since it's fresh produce and needs to be stored responsibly.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Our Fresh Produce boxes are mixed with no specific order, but you definitely can say which items you would like to avoid before it has been packed. You can make notes at the Checkout page. You can also cancel the order before 1300 hrs of the day of delivery. However, once the box has been dispatched upon which a delivery notification will be sent on your registered email address, no further changes can be made in the order.

Can I place an order online and pick up my order from your store which is nearest to me?
Currently we do not offer this facility.
What if I didn't like the quality of the products delivered to me?
We would request you to check the products while accepting the products during delivery. In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the products, please return those products to our Delivery Staff then and there, along with a reason why you reject the delivery. It will give us feedback, plus an opportunity to feedback the farmers. Our Delivery Expert will enter details of the same in the mobile tracking app to initiate request for return as well as refund. In case of Prepaid orders, request for refund will be initiated and cash will be credited back to your original menthod of payment. We charge €1.99 as a compensation for the delivery staff, incase you reject the box upon delivery.
Can I cancel my order after delivery?
No return or cancellation is possible after accepting delivery.
Will I be compensated in case of order delay? (NEW)
In the event of a delay, our delivery team will keep you updated about your delivery. We do not offer any compensations in case of order delay.
How can I pay for my order?

Are there any hidden charges I should know about?
No, the price listed on the product page is all you pay. No other hidden charges. Our philosophy is simple - What you see is what you pay!
Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card on Fyppit?
Yes, it is absolutely safe to use your card. Shopify is a very secure platform, and used worldwide for ecommerce solutions. Rest easy, your information is safe.
How do I know the payment status?
It's easy you login to Your Account and view the Payment Status on your order in the My Orders section.
Do I get an invoice for my order?
You will receive an Invoice on delivery of the products.
How does COD (Cash-On-Delivery) work?
We offer COD to make your life easy. Simply place your order with us and pay for it when you receive your goods at your doorstep! We accept both cash & card at the door.
When and how will I get my refund in case of cancellation or product return?
The refund once processed from Fyppit may take up to 7-14 working days to reflect on your Credit Card or Bank Account. There will be no cash refund in such cases.
All refunds will be subject to deduction of Delivery Charges or Offer Values as applicable.
What credit cards do you accept on Card on Delivery?
We accept EC card, Visa, Mastercard on card on delivery payment option via Sum Up.
Why would my package be returned to you as undeliverable?
We can receive packages as undeliverable for the following reasons:
- We could not reach you via house, email or phone call.
- Failed delivery attempts (i.e. no-one was home to sign for the delivery)
