No biggie, we understand that sometimes it's just not as you imagined it to be.
Return window for most categories is 14 days.
Each seller mentions their return policy on their profile, please check those before placing an order. When you request a return / refund, the request goes to the seller who can approve it or ask for more information. As long as an item is still in its original condition, for most categories, returns are accepted.
For several categories such as food, perishable goods and jewellery, we can not accept refunds. In this case, you should contact us within one day in case of damaged items for us to be able to help you.
Fyppit offers pickup of returned goods free of charge.
After the time frame of 14 days, the return request is now subject to the seller's discretion. But we wouldn't keep our promise to deliver to you like we're friends if we didn't make exceptions within good reason. Just contact us and we'll figure something out together!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, food and beverages, intimate products or gift cards.
Fyppit is not a seller, but a platform where shops sell. We offer our delivery services, which are NOT refundable.
