Our promise is not only to bring the products to your home, but also bring the experience of a shop. We want to make sure every time you hear from Fyppit, or receive a package or meet one of our riders, you smile.
Whether you are stepping out of the house for 5 minutes, your plans change and need to move the delivery or need to have your delivery dropped off at a particular neighbor, we know life happens, and is not always in your control. But your delivery is always in control. You can move deliveries to a different date, redirect them to a neighbors’ or just talk to the driver on the phone, and figure out any issues.
There are times when the item you ordered is out of stock. If yes, then our shopkeepers try their best to offer a replacement product that they recommend. You have a right to take it or refuse it at the door.
As our co-founder Andy says, we deliver like we are delivering to our friend. We care.
Something you should know about our riders.
We always first open our jobs to agencies that support disadvantaged workers such as homeless, refugees, uneducated people and people with disabilities, and we offer them employment, not minijobs or freelance positions. Their role is not limited to being a rider, we want to make sure we train them in a way that they can advance in their skills and be able to step up the ladder.
