Our riders pick up the orders between 4-6pm every day from local shops, with the least amount of packaging possible.

Now sit back, and receive deliveries at your doorsteps. All orders placed before 4pm are delivered the same day; otherwise next day between 6pm-9pm.
How is Fyppit the more sustainable choice?
Regular e-commerce purchases are often flown to you from other cities, and transported via trucks. To keep them safe from a long journey, often they are secured in robust, weatherproof packaging, that just adds to the carbon footprint of the purchase.
When you order via Fyppit, you are actively choosing to buy via local shops. That means, all goods are delivered via e-cargo bikes that causes least amount of emissions, and goods can be delivered without packaging boxes, in just a brown paper bag.
Once the world is free of the pandemic, we even plan to introduce reusable/returnable cloth bags.
What is Fyppit’s policy towards its riders?

We are NOT a Gig economy company.
- All our riders are insured against liabilities and are offered employment. We do not offer freelancing or mini-jobs.
- The average pay of our riders is €13/hour or above.
Why are you not in our district?
We want to support as many shops as possible. As soon as we have 25+ shops in any kiez interested in working with us, we launch in that district. To be able to launch in a district requires staff hiring and logistic setup from our side, hence the requirement from our side.

Would I know when I get my deliveries?
Once the order is placed, all you need to do is relax. We’ll notify you via emails to track the status and delivery of the order. You’ll be notified when:
- The order is in our system and confirmed
- our delivery associate is on their way to deliver for you
- delivery has been made
- an item is not in the store's inventory (we will offer you an alternate item, or refund the item)
What if I am not home when you are out to deliver?
We always notify you when we are leaving for your delivery. If for some reason, you are unavailable, we call you and take directions from you, if you would like to move delivery to next day or if we can leave the package at the door or your preferred neighbour.
What if I need to return something?
If you would like to return something, just let us know via our return form, and we will initiate a return. We offer free pickup of the item from you. Please keep the product in original packaging and unused. For details, please head to our Return Policy.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, food and beverages, intimate products or gift cards.
