Ingredients required for Shami Kebab
minced meat, 1kg
Chana Dal , 200g
onion , 250g
garlic paste , 2 tablespoons
ginger paste , 1 tablespoon
eggs, 1-2 whipped
cooking oil, 500ml
Shan, kebab mix, one pack
Preparation of Shami Kebab
1. Put the meat, yellow lentils, onion, ginger paste, garlic paste, shami kebab, 8-10 cups of water in a saucepan. Cook everything in a closed saucepan over low heat until the meat is tender and the water is reduced.
2. When that is done, about 2 cups of liquid should remain in the pan. Add the eggs and knead everything well. You then make about 20 round flat patties (kebabs) out of them.
3. Heat the cooking oil and fry the kebabs evenly on both sides until they are golden brown and crispy.
Serving suggestion. Serve with chutney
